Reservation Guidelines
Your booking is confirmed only upon full payment. Please complete the online payment within 3 days from the date of booking, otherwise your reservation will be invalid. Room rates are contract prices between the appointed agent and the respective hotels. Rates are inclusive of 1-2 Breakfast (according to the actual number of guests), VAT &service charge, but exclude any bank charge service fees and incidental charges. You may be asked to leave a deposit either in cash or with a credit card at point of check-in, in accordance with the policy of the respective hotels. Additional charge will be applied if extra bed is requested. Please fill in the guest names (as printed in the passport) under the Personal Information page to avoid anyinconvenience during check-in.
Any special requests may be subject to surcharges. Check-in time is 15:00hrs while the check-out time is 12:00hrs. Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to a surcharge. Depending on the policy of the hotels, staying in the same hotel at least 3 nights covering Nov.15, 16 & 17 isrequired.

For cancellation after full payment, the following cancellation items apply:
Only a 5% handling fee will be charged for cancellation before September 30, 2017; No refund for cancellation from October 1, 2017.Housing Contact
